osaka – himeji
a fundamental and monumental wknd.
the goals were simple: errands, adding art to the temple and visiting the LBWK kansai grand opening id been invited to last month, but the excitement/stress/anxiety of it all made my body crash and i was forced to take a sick day n have therapy on the road to osaka but we made it thru and back alright. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i became an aunt again on saturday, i gained new bits of crucial knowledge about japanese culture, and on sunday, i got to visit an edo period art exhibit on its last day during an hour id allocated specially to just breathe and enjoy! its been over a year since ive been in an art museum so the hour long walk in the rain was the perfect preparation for yet another exciting experience with libertywalk, as we set the breadladyz plan into action.
however, the theme for this year is patience. i have a lot i want to accomplish and i know that nothing worth having comes easy, so now its time to learn to take care of my health, before my wealth and my future. it’ll take patience to become patient but as i go through possibly my 5th evolution as a person, i’ve realized that im already on my way to finding/fulfilling my passion and that’s enough.
i have so much to tell you so please call for full details. i dont want u to miss a thing but let’s keep it short and sweet.
ill end today’s post with a book that changed my life in 2018- grit by angela duckworth.
taking my time,
A
